Most visitors can read the site without sharing an email address or name. If you use a feature, this site may process:

• limited technical and usage information generated when you visit the site.

Why information is used

Information is used only to operate the site, respond to a note, send a newsletter you asked to receive, prevent abuse, understand whether the site is working well, and meet legal obligations where they apply.

I do not use personal information for targeted advertising, and I do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, I rely on your consent where you choose to subscribe, my legitimate interests in operating and securing the site and responding to notes, and legal obligations where applicable.

Newsletter

Sharper Society is published through Substack. The subscribe box on this site is Substack’s own embedded form, so Substack handles subscriptions, delivery, unsubscribes, and subscriber information under its Privacy Policy.

I do not keep a separate newsletter list on this site. Sending a private note never adds you to the newsletter.

Notes and integrations

If you send a note, I use your email address and message to read and, where useful, reply. The form includes security measures to help prevent spam and abuse.

Please do not include passwords, financial information, health information, or other sensitive information in a note.
