Hi, I’m Sitesh.
I grew up in a small town near Bhubaneswar, India. I was nerdy enough to get good grades but eventually, I realized I wasn’t satisfied. Then I chose to take things into my own hands and started over.
I spent the last four years deep in Solana’s ecosystem: publishing more than thirty long-form research pieces, growth at Asgard Finance, research and ops at Shoal Research, and commissioned work with the Solana Foundation and Superteam India.
The best part was not the names I just dropped. It was meeting the genuinely smart people along the way who challenged how I saw things. This site is where I keep track of that.
There used to be a saying: you are the average of the five people you hang out with. I believe that now extends to the average of the five ideas you live with too — the content we see shapes our ideas and reshapes how we think. This is for the same content that reshaped my thinking. It might reshape yours too :)
